At OCR Solutions, Inc, we take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to our cloud application and mobile applications, which we refer to collectively as our “Services.” OCR Solutions focuses on developing application in the data capture software vertical also known as OCR (Optical Character Recognition). Many of our applications extract data from images of documents and other forms such as machined parts, IDs and more. The information extracted in most cases is stored on our cloud database or client databases for compliance and other purposes and can be used in an unlimited number of vertical industry applications. Clients developing applications using our SDK products save their own information that we do not have access to.
This Privacy Policy describes how OCR Solutions, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information through our mobile and cloud applications (the “Apps”). By using the Apps, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
We do not collect any location data from the App. We may collect other information, such as your device type, device identifier, and IP address, as well as information about your use of the App, such as the pages you view and the features you use.
USE OF INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the App, and to develop new products and services. We do not use the information to personalize your experience on the App and to communicate with you about products and services.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
We do not share any personal information with third parties, except as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect through the App from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet or wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
