Investing in a data capture OCR system is no trivial matter. Most companies that want to improve their data capture operation begin their quest by contacting a few providers and asking for a demo. When customers approach OCR Solutions our first step begins with asking them for a set of their documents we can integrate into our system and use in the demo. Not many OCR companies give a demo with customer documents since it takes them too much time to integrate and the demo will not be perfect. Its very easy to doctor up a perfect demo showing how amazing a system works but OCR is not a perfect science. Knowing this,
