The system’s powerful cleanup function will first enhance the image before presenting it to the ocr engine so that the engine will read the information more accurately. This functionality is especially helpful with bad quality documents such as faxes and documents that are hard to read.

FIXED FORM
The fixed form capture method allows you to create X & Y coordinates to hone in on the exact information you need to capture. This system is great for reading forms such as Medical CMS1500, Dental Claim Forms, Mortgage Statements, Financial Documents, Registration Forms and any other form that has a static structure with changing data.
UNSTRUCTURED CAPTURE
Unstructured forms represent forms that are similar however data can be anywhere on the form. The most prominent of these forms are Invoices. OCR’s powerful algorithm dynamically finds the information on the document, captures the information automatically, and then performs data extraction with our software. The administrator would program the system to look for terms such as “Invoice Number” “Amount” and other variables and the system would find the fields on the document and present their values
What’s nice about having both types of functionality is the ability to mix the two processes and get extremely accurate results thus automating your whole process.
OCR has a client-server solution that is web-based and does not require users to install any software. Our system installs on a server and is centrally managed. The user would just open a web browser and log in to the system.
